Upload Pictures or videos for activity around you to help with governmental oversight. you can help:
> Document election polling place poll lists
> Monitor ballot drop boxes and polling place lines
> Document election audit processes by video recording random draw meetings and hand tally procedures
> Document police brutality and help to eliminate bad apples.
> Document environmental pollution and toxic releases.
> And many others!

The app will provide a list of "watch points" near you that need oversight by members of the public. You go to those places at the time specified, follow the instructions, and submit photos, videos, and text information.

This information is filtered to weed out spam, and then hosted in a crowd-based research site that allows members of the public to cull through the submissions to locate important data needed for legal actions, to determine questionable patterns of operation, locate "bad apples" for further submission to oversight panels, etc.

Our government is vast and has many nooks and crannies. We need a way for independent data gatherers and reviewers to provide much needed oversight at critical moments when we know it is a great temptation for officials to put their thumb on the scales.
